"SO HAPPY to be out skiing the tracks in Seiser Alm"
The cross-country nations from the north of Europe, Italy and the United States use the Alpe di Siusi regularly for their training. The Norwegian National Team comes twice a year for altitude training to the Alpe di Siusi. Besides the cross-country skiers, the Alpe di Siusi wowed also the Norwegian rower Olaf Tufte and the Norwegian nordic combined skier Magnus Moan. about the optimal training conditions. The American cross country skier Jessie Diggins was all enthusiastic about skiing the tracks of Europe's largest alpine pasture: "Healthy and SO HAPPY to be out skiing the tracks in Seiser Alm! Sunshine, friends, good food and great training".

Witches' race on the Bullaccia
On Saturday 28 February 2015 the Bullaccia is meeting point for ski enthusiasts of every age: they come together to measure themselves in a giant slalom, the third of totally four Witches' races.

St Valentine's weekend
Nomen est omen. The little church of San Valentino in Siusi is dedicated to Saint Valentine, dem the patron of lovers. The excursion from Castelrotto to Siusi goes past this idyllic church.
Romantic hours. A horse-drawn sleigh-ride across the snow-covered Alpe di Siusi and a dinner for two: that's what the holiday offer Pure romance is all about!
Legendary Witches' race. The Witches' race goes into the second round: on 14 February the young and the young at heart measure themselves against each other in a slalom race on the Bullaccia.
Tradition meets sports. On Sunday 15 February the Reiterclub Schlern (a local equestrian club) invites to the skijoring, a Scandinavian winter sports tradition where a person on skis is pulled by a horse: ski fun and thrill of speed are guaranteed.

Pictures of the Moonlight Classic 2015
A magical night, lit only by flaming torches, the headlamps of the racers and the glow of the full moon, was the scene of the 9th edition of Moonlight Classic, the cross-country ski race on the largest mountain plateau in Europe, the Alpe di Siusi. For the race over 30km victory goes to Dietmar Nöckler. The ladies' gold went to Antonella Confortola. The other winners of the evening were Jiri Rocarek and Kamila Knopova who triumphed in the short 15 km race.
Over 400 skiers signed up of whom almost a third were Norwegian, testimony to the fact that the Alpe di Siusi’s long-standing role as training-ground for the National Team from Oslo has promoted the name of Alpe di Siusi throughout Scandinavia.
The 10th edition of Moonlight Classic will be held on 22 January 2016.

First Freeski Slopestyle Europa Cup in South Tyrol
On 29 and 30 January 2015, the Alpe di Siusi Snow Park was the setting of the first Freeski Slopestyle Europa Cup in South Tyrol: on the two competition days the Slopestyle pros were showing their mind-blowing jumps. In the women's category, victory belonged to Silvia Bertagna who won both competitions. In the men's category, victory on the first competition day went to Lukas Müllerauer while Yuri Silvestri was the winner of the second competition.
