Hiking enthusiasts go from hut to hut and enjoy traditional South Tyrolean dishes – from dumplings to strudel and hay soups. A special appointment for all bons vivants is the culinary excursion from Siusi to San Osvaldo dedicated to the secrets of the original South Tyrolean strudel.

Another speciality pleasure hikers shouldn't miss is the "Brettljause" with speck, kaminwurz, alpine cheese, steamed potatoes and other delicacies.
