First Freeski Slopestyle Europa Cup in South Tyrol

On 29 and 30 January 2015, the Alpe di Siusi Snow Park was the setting of the first Freeski Slopestyle Europa Cup in South Tyrol: on the two competition days the Slopestyle pros were showing their mind-blowing jumps. In the women's category, victory belonged to Silvia Bertagna who won both competitions. In the men's category, victory on the first competition day went to Lukas Müllerauer while Yuri Silvestri was the winner of the second competition.

Christmas time at the foot of the Sciliar mountain

Christmas is the time for traditions: we meet our friends at the Christmas market, we bake Christmas cookies for friends and family and spend time with the people we love.

A must for the tradition-conscious is the Christmas market on the village square of Castelrotto: the socks, cardigans and jackets from the knitting Paul line up next to crib figures, felted works and candles. Also Fiè allo Sciliar offers a small but nice Christmas market to get in the right Christmas mood.
